Join Glen Newman, Physical Therapist for a FREE Physical Therapy Screening.  Glen will also present information on Healthy Aging at 9:30 am that will focus on setting physical activity goals for the coming year.

Golden Sneakers is a light aerobic exercise that also focuses on strength, flexibility and balance.  Cost is $2.
