    The free six week workshop is designed to help participants take control of their health through interactive classes that are peer-led. Designed for those with ongoing health conditions and their caregivers, the class will help you learn how to make a step by step plan to improve health, manage pain, increase fitness, manage medications, improve communication with their healthcare providers, and choose foods for health. Seating is limited and registration can be completed over the phone by calling 252-752-1717.
