Fun & Fit is a primarily seated exercise focusing on muscle strength and flexibility with a bit of FUN thrown in.  This class is FREE to seniors.  

Join us for a hot lunch daily for $6. Some adults meeting certain criteria may eat for free. Call  752-1717 for more information. Lunch orders must be placed in advance.
