The free six week workshop is designed to help participants take control of their health through interactive classes that are peer-led. Designed for those with ongoing health conditions and their caregivers, the class will help you learn how to make a step by step plan to improve health, manage pain, increase fitness, manage medications, improve communication with their healthcare providers, and choose foods for health.
