Do you live with chronic pain? The Living Healthy Workshop can help you take control of your health!

The workshop is FREE and meets for 2 1/2 hours once a week for six weeks. Learn from trained leaders how to set goals, manage pain, increase fitness, manage medications, improve communication with your healthcare provider, and make healthy food choices.

Join us for a hot lunch daily for $6. Some adults meeting certain criteria may eat for free. Call  752-1717 for more information. Lunch orders must be placed in advance.
