Fun & Fit is a primarily seated exercise focusing on muscle strength and flexibility with a bit of FUN thrown in.  This class is FREE to seniors.  

By helping everyone in a community understand what dementia is and how it affects people, each of us can make a difference for people touched by dementia. Attend this class to learn how to be a dementia friend. Call 752-1717, x201 to register.
