Fun & Fit is a primarily seated exercise focusing on muscle strength and flexibility with a bit of FUN thrown in.  This class is FREE to seniors.  

This 6-week workshop will help YOU learn ways to improve your health. Plus, you will have the opportunity to connect with people just like you who live with chronic conditions like diabetes, arthritis and high blood pressure. To register, call 752-1717, x201.
