Golden Sneakers is a light aerobic exercise that also focuses on strength, flexibility and balance.  Cost is $2.

Enjoy a fun Line Dancing class.  Classes are $4 each.  

Fun & Fit is a primarily seated exercise focusing on muscle strength and flexibility with a bit of FUN thrown in.  This class is FREE to seniors.  

$10 per session or 5 lessons for $35
