Do you or someone you care for have an ongoing health condition? Come to the Living Healthy Workshop, a 6-week series that meets weekly for 2.5 hours, to learn skills to help increase energy and physical activity, as well as reduce pain, fatigue, health distress, and social limitations.

Do you love kids and music? Love Joy Music is looking for seniors to join a 10-week session of their intergenerational music making class. Our classes focus on creating bonds between  young families and the elder generation.  Classes meet Wednesday mornings from 10-10:45am for 10 weeks. Cost is $30.
