Join us for Walk with Ease, a FREE walking program for adults with arthritis or other ongoing health conditions. Classes are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday June 4, – July 18, 2019 at 10 at the Council on  Aging, 4551 County Home Road. Please call 752.1717, ext 201 to register.

Do you love kids and music? Love Joy Music is looking for seniors to join a 10-week session of their intergenerational music making class. Our classes focus on creating bonds between  young families and the elder generation.  Classes meet Wednesday mornings from 10-10:45am for 10 weeks. Cost is $30. Join Glen Newman, Physical Therapist for a FREE Physical Therapy Screening.  Glen will also present information on Healthy Aging at 9:30 am that will focus on setting physical activity goals for the coming year.

Golden Sneakers is a light aerobic exercise that also focuses on strength, flexibility and balance.  Cost is $2.
