Designed  to improve muscle tone and flexibility in the hips, knees, and ankles to improve walking ease and fall prevention. The chair will be there for support, it is suggested but not necessary that the participant be able to stand for 30 minutes.

Learn to woodturn with a local artist each month at the Council on Aging! The Cost is $25/hour of instruction. All materials and equipment are provided.
