I just wanted to take the time out to say a “BIG HEARTED THANK YOU” for all you have done to help me get through this difficult time with my beautiful aunt & uncle. If you ladies had not stepped in to help, I don’t know where I would be. I also called Woody and thanked him for putting in the Safety Rails. He just put the last one in on Monday. I thanked the guy from 4 points medical for the new shower head and the bath chair, meals on wheels I think will be coming soon and I just got the paperwork back from the doctor’s office for my aunt to ride the PAT’s van with her husband. Things are coming together. Please forgive me if I have forgotten to thank other people but I know that you ladies started the ball rolling for me. I’m so humbled right now. There are a lot more things ahead for me and for them but like my great grandmother always said, “ One day at a time Sweet Jesus that is all I am asking of you.” Sometime businesses are put here to help people but it is hard to get through so much red tape but you all managed to make that process a breeze with your expertise and to that I say again….Thank you from my heart.

Your professionalism jumps the bar…although we have missed each other’s call, your determination to make contact speaks volumes regarding your level of professionalism. I understand that the wait list for the meals on wheels, and it’s a difficult time but, with the help from servants as yourself assisting families like ours, it makes the journey just a little bit easier.
You are the perfect person for your job! Your kind, loving heart shows through. Thank you for meals on wheels, for you will never know what it means until you are in need of them. The ‘bars’ you offered for our bathroom were God sent!

I would like to thank you so much for the ‘above and beyond’ efforts that you gave my friend’s mother while she was in need. You went out of your way to make a home visit to assess the needs of the family, which consists of an older adult and her only child who works full-time. You are a credit to our profession for sure! What a great experience we had with your organization and Mrs. Curran. She guided my husband and I through the process of Medicare with professionalism, knowledge, and patience. We felt that we were her only clients; she was always available, considerate and genuinely cared about our case. We just wanted to write and thank you for all your help with my husband’s medical bills from VA, Champ VA and Medicare Part D. Through you help, we discovered that Champ VA fully takes the place of the supplemental policies and Part D; therefore, we have minimal deductibles to satisfy and medicines are at no charge. What a relief and a bargain! Your expertise empowered us to make the best decision financially, and I know that other veterans and their spouses will be served as well. Thank you for all you do.

It’s been six months since Dad passed away. Not a month goes by where I haven’t thought about the many wonderful things you did to help ease our burdens. I have never met anyone as genuinely dedicated to the lives and well-being of others as you.
